You can pay for your ticket in the following ways:

  • with instant bank transfer
  • on account
  • with Klarna
  • with Apple Pay
  • with Google Pay

If you have filled in all the relevant fields such as company, address and VAT number, you will automatically receive a VAT return. Invoice.

You will receive an order confirmation when you book. After receipt, you have 5 working days to send us any necessary changes by e-mail.
If we do not receive a message from you, we will send you the invoice after 5 days.

We do not check whether the address or credit card is in your name or that of a company.

Only the “Digital Explorer” ticket is NOT valid for Space Night.

With all other tickets, we look forward to seeing you there!

But be sure to check the box “I’m attending Space Night”.

If you are unable to attend Service Space this time, you can pass your ticket on to a colleague.

You can book several tickets at the same time, the only important thing is that you enter a name and an individual e-mail address for each ticket. This does not apply to discounted Space Cards. You can only buy 1 piece here.

You can cancel your ticket free of charge up to one month before the event and we will refund the ticket price. After that, it is no longer possible to cancel a ticket. However, you are welcome to pass it on to a colleague. But be sure to let us know.

There are only 50 vouchers for discounted Space Cards. To ensure that everyone has the same chance, you can only use your voucher code once.
