General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Should the following text occasionally use non-gender-neutral formulations (whether for layout reasons or because a more comprehensible formulation was preferred), these are to be understood as gender-neutral in all cases – regardless of whether the female or male form is used in individual cases.

Scope of application

The following “General Terms and Conditions” contain rules and information on the contract between ITSM Partner Consulting GmbH, ITSM for short, and each participant in the “Service Space” event

Participation at Service Space can be ordered online via the registration form, by e-mail, by telephone or in person. The order becomes legally binding with a booking confirmation, which is sent to the respective participant by e-mail. If you do not object to this confirmation within 48 hours, it is deemed to have been accepted.

Participation and cancellation

After registration you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The invoice will also be sent as a PDF by e-mail and is due without deduction within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Admission to the event can only be granted if payment has been received by ITSM Partner GmbH in good time. Payments at the box office are to be made in cash or against invoice and signature.

Cancellation can be made up to max. 1 month before the event only in writing. In this case, the amount will be refunded in full. Cancellation at a later date cannot be accepted, but any substitute person from the same company can take part in Service Space. There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of non-attendance.

Voucher codes are only valid if they are redeemed by the person who received the code directly from us. Bookings made using codes that have been used illegally will be canceled.

The return of paid tickets is not possible. We do not provide compensation for tickets that are not used or only partially used.

We reserve the right to change, postpone or cancel the program. Printing errors and mistakes do not entitle to any claims.

Participants

All Service Space tickets are for employees of service providers. Do you work for a company that produces or implements software or offers consulting or training services on service management topics? Or are you a person who offers such services independently? Then the Partner Package is the ideal opportunity for you to take part in Service Space.

Data protection

By registering, you give us your consent to receive information material by email. The data will only be used for billing and statistics, for preparing the event and for researching new topics for future Service Space events. You can revoke this consent by sending an email to office@itsmpartner.at.

Photo and video

You may only film during the event with written permission.

ITSM Partner GmbH reserves the right to take photos, audio and film recordings during the entire event and to make further use of these. ITSM Partner GmbH uses photos and film footage to promote Service Space. We will not include your name or employer anywhere unless we have verifiably asked for your permission to do so in advance.
