General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Should non-gender-neutral wording occasionally be used in the following text, whether for layout reasons or to improve readability, all such terms are intended to be understood as gender-neutral, regardless of whether the feminine or masculine form is used.

Scope of application

These GTC govern contracts for participation in the “Service Space” event between ACP IT Solutions GmbH, Business Unit ITSM Partner, and the person or company making the booking.

Participation in Service Space can be booked online via the registration form, by email, by telephone or in person. The booking becomes binding when the booking confirmation is sent by email. Please check the details provided and let us know of any changes within 48 hours.

Participation and cancellation

The invoice will be sent by email as a PDF and is payable in full within 7 days of receipt. For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, the invoice amount is due immediately. Admission to the event can only be granted if the invoice amount has been received by ACP IT Solutions GmbH before the event begins.

Cancellations can be made by email up to one month before the start of the event. In this case, we will refund the ticket price in full. After this date, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may nominate a substitute from the same company. No refund will be given in the event of non-attendance.

Voucher codes are valid only for the person who received the respective code directly from us, unless otherwise stated for that code. Bookings made using unauthorised codes will be cancelled.

Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to speakers, programme items and the schedule, provided that the overall character of the event remains substantially unchanged. If Service Space is cancelled, we will refund any ticket prices already paid in full. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid. If you are unable to attend on the new date, you may cancel free of charge within 14 days of the new date being announced. We reserve the right to correct obvious printing, typographical and calculation errors.

Participants

Regular Service Space tickets are intended for participants from companies and organisations who shape, are responsible for or further develop Service Management, Enterprise Architecture or Service Experience.

Companies

Do you work for a company that commercially offers products or services in Service Management, Enterprise Architecture or Service Experience – particularly software, implementation, consulting or training? In this case, participation in Service Space is available through a Partner Package.

Self-employed professionals

Do you offer such services on a self-employed basis and would like to attend Service Space as a participant? Please contact us before booking. We review individual participation requests on a case-by-case basis.

Bookings that do not comply with these conditions may be cancelled by us. Any ticket price already paid will be refunded in full in this case.

Data protection

We process the personal data required to handle your booking, invoicing and the organisation of Service Space. Further information can be found in the ACP Group Privacy Policy.

Photo and video

Participants may only make film or audio recordings with prior written permission. Photo, audio and film recordings may be made during the event and used to document and promote Service Space. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact our event team. We will only publish your name or employer with your prior consent. Further information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the GTC

The version of these GTC published at the time of booking applies. Any changes apply only to bookings made after the amended version has been published.

Final provisions

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to consumers based on their habitual residence remain unaffected. The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. In all other cases, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Vienna shall have jurisdiction.
