The ticket phases differ not in what is included, but in when you book and how much programme information is available at that point.

The earlier you book, the lower the ticket price. With each new phase, more information about speakers and the programme becomes available.

QUESTIONS ABOUT TICKETS

How can I pay for my ticket?

You will receive an invoice for your ticket by email.

Will I receive a VAT invoice for my ticket?

Once you have filled in all the relevant fields, such as company name, address and VAT number, you will automatically receive a VAT invoice.

Can I pay for the ticket out of my own pocket?

Yes. We do not distinguish between private and business registrations.

Is the ticket also valid for Space Night?

Yes, we’re looking forward to seeing you there!

But do make sure you tick the box next to ‘I’m coming to Space Night’.

 

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

If you can no longer attend Service Space, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please let us know as early as possible so we can update the registration.

Can I bring my colleagues?

Absolutely – the more, the merrier.  Just keep in mind that everyone needs their own ticket.  You can split up and attend different sessions, share your key takeaways afterwards and get even more out of the programme. Networking is often easier as a team, too. And it's more fun!

Can I cancel my ticket?
You can cancel your ticket free of charge up to one month before the event and we will refund the ticket price. After that, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague. Just let us know in advance.
