Werden in Ihrem Vortrag Präsentationsfolien verwendet? Wir brauchen diese bis spätestens TBA damit wir prüfen können, ob sie auf unserem Laptop fehlerfrei funktionieren. Wir arbeiten pro Raum mit einem einzigen Vortragslaptop, auf dem alle Präsentationen gespeichert werden.

Bitte um Information, falls wir die Präsentationsfolien NICHT an die Teilnehmer weitergeben dürfen. Ansonsten speichern wir die Präsentation in einem Cloud Ordner und geben den Link nach der Veranstaltung an die Teilnehmer:innen weiter.

Are presentation slides used in your lecture? We need these by TBA at the latest so that we can check whether they work correctly on our laptop. We are working with a single presentation laptop per room on which all presentations are saved.

Please provide information if we are NOT allowed to pass on the presentation slides to the participants. Otherwise, we save the presentation in a cloud folder and send the link to the audience after the conference.
